摘要
在冀西北环境条件下,对86份青花菜品种进行表型性状的聚类分析、相关性和主成分分析。结果表明,86份材料数量性状变异系数为7.04%~117.8%。在聚类分析中,将86份材料划分为六类群。株高、开展度、叶长、叶宽4个性状间具有较高的相关性。在主成分分析中,前5个主成分其累计贡献率达77.13%。
In this study,the cluster analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis of phenotypic traits of 86 broccoli varieties were carried out under environmental conditions in northwest Hebei province.The results showed that the variation coefficients of quantitative traits of 86 materials ranged from 7.04%to 117.8%.In the cluster analysis,86 materials were divided into six groups,and there was high correlation among plant height,spread,leaf length and leaf width.And,the accumulative contribution rate of the first five principal components reached 77.13%based on principal component analysis.
