摘要
以核桃内果皮为供试材料,小麦、油菜、萝卜为受体植物,采用室内生物测定法研究不同浓度水提液对3种受体植物种子发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗胚芽长、胚根长、鲜重、干重的影响。结果表明,不同浓度核桃内果皮水提液对3种受体植物种子萌发和幼苗生长均有明显化感效应。高浓度水提液显著抑制小麦、油菜和萝卜的生长与发育,且随着水提液浓度的增大其抑制作用增强;水提液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长表现为抑制效应,而对油菜和萝卜幼苗生长表现为低促高抑的双重效应。不同受体植物对核桃内果皮化感作用敏感程度不同,水提液对3种植物化感作用综合效应从大到小依次为:小麦、油菜、萝卜。
In this paper,walnut endocarp was used as the material to investigate the effects of different concentrations of water extract on seed germination rate,germination index,seedling germ length,radicle length,fresh weight and dry weight of the three recipient plants including wheat,rape and radish based on indoor bioassay method.The results showed that different concentrations of water extracts from walnut endocarp had obvious allelopathic effects on seed germination and seedling growth of the three recipient plants.And,the high concentration of water extract significantly inhibited the growth and development of wheat,rape and radish,and the inhibiting effect increased with the increase of water extract concentration.Additionally,the water extract inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,it had a double effect on the growth of rape and radish seedlings,namely promotion by low concentration and inhibition by high concentration.The sensitivity of different recipient plants to allelopathy of walnut endocarp was different,and the comprehensive effect of water extract on allelopathy of three plants was wheat>rape>radish.
