摘要
教育部提出让教育参与“一带一路”建设的构想后,中外合作办学迎来了一个重要机遇。境外办学作为一种重要形式,承担着促进文化交流、提高教育质量的重任。高职院校的境外办学应以国家、社会经济发展的需求为基础,为当地中国企业培养既具备高技能,又了解中国政治、经济、文化,并符合国际职业资格标准的人才。中外合作办学要注重从法律政策、合作方式、合作内容、实践监督评估机制、风险评估等方面来规范办学行为。
After the Ministry of Education put forward the idea of allowing education to participate in the"Belt and Road"construction,Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools ushered in an important opportunity.As an important form,overseas school running undertakes the important task of promoting cultural exchanges and improving the quality of education.Overseas school running in higher vocational colleges should be based on the needs of national and social economic development,and cultivate talents who are equipped with high skills,learn about Chinese politics,economy and culture,and meet the international vocational qualification standards for local Chinese enterprises.Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools should standardize the behavior of running schools from such aspects as law and policy,cooperation mode,cooperation content,practice supervision and evaluation mechanism,and risk evaluation.
