摘要
为了稳定乙醛产品质量和降低生产成本,利用流程模拟软件对乙醛装置的分离单元进行建模和优化计算,考察了乙醛产品塔回流比、塔釜加热量、塔板温度分布、塔顶回流温度等主要操作参数对乙醛产品纯度和操作稳定性的影响,结果表明,产品塔合适的回流比为0.90~1.05,塔釜加热量为5850~6200 kg/h,实现了乙醛产品质量稳定。
In order to stabilize acetaldehyde quality and reduce production cost,the separation unit of acetaldehyde unit is modeled and optimized by using process simulation software,and the effects of main operating parameters such as reflux ratio of acetaldehyde product tower,heating capacity of tower kettle,temperature distribution of tower plate and reflux temperature on acetaldehyde purity and operation stability are carried out.The suitable reflux ratio of the product tower was determined to be 0.90~1.05,and the heating capacity of the tower kettle was 5850~6200 kg/h,the product quality of acetaldehyde is stable.
