摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预对高度水肿肾病综合征患者感染发生率的影响。方法选择丹东市中医院收治的66例高度水肿肾病综合征患者为研究对象,时间为2019年5月至2020年6月,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医护理,比较两组患者护理满意度,护理后生活质量、感染发生情况。结果观察组总感染率9.09%,低于对照组45.45%(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度为93.93%,高于对照组72.72%(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后生活质量均好于护理前,观察组患者护理后生活质量好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高度水肿肾病综合征患者感染发生风险较高,中医护理干预可以积极预防和减少感染风险,提高患者的生活质量,护理满意度高。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the incidence of infection in patients with high-edematous nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 66 patients with high-edematous nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life and infection of the two groups were compared.Results The total infection rate in the observation group was 9.09%,lower than 45.45%in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.93%,higher than 72.72%in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life after nursing in the two groups was better than that before nursing,and the quality of life after nursing in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with high-edematous nephrotic syndrome have a higher risk of infection.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can actively prevent and reduce the risk of infection,improve the quality of life of patients,and have high nursing satisfaction.
