摘要
目的分析探讨改良子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产产后出血治疗中的应用价值,以供临床应用参考。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月我院剖宫产产后出血的患者48例为分析对象,基于止血方式将以上患者分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组产妇数各24例。观察组实施改良子宫背带式缝合术止血,对照组采用传统宫腔纱条填塞术止血。统计并比较两组患者的手术时间及产后出血量;分析两组患者的治疗效果及术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组平均手术时间为(47.00±5.80)min、平均产后出血量(850.61±107.45)mL,对照组平均手术时间(79.00±6.40)min、平均产后出血量(1150.63±230.78)mL,观察组上述指标与对照组相比更优,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.83%(23/24),高于对照组75.00%(18/24),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.17%,对照组并发症发生率为25.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论改良子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产产后出血治疗中可明显缩短手术时间,减少出血量、输血量,并有效控制并发症发生风险,具有较好的近期疗效和远期疗效,值得临床加以重视和推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of modified uterine strap suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section for reference in clinical application.Methods Forty-eight patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the analysis objects.Based on hemostasis method,the patients were divided into two groups,namely observation group and control group,with 24 cases of puerpera in each group.The observation group was treated with modified uterine strap suture for hemostasis,while the control group was treated with traditional uterine gauze packing for hemostasis.The operation time and postpartum blood loss of the two groups were statistically compared.The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The average operation time of the observation group was(47.00±5.80)min and postpartum blood loss was(850.61±107.45)mL,while the average operation time of the control group was(79.00±6.40)min and postpartum blood loss was(1150.63±230.78)mL,the above indicators in the doservation group were better than those in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.83%(23/24)in the observation group,which was higher than 75.00%(18/24)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.17%,and that in the control group was 25.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified uterine strap suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss,blood transfusion,and effectively control the risk of complications,has good short-term and long-term efficacy,worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
