摘要
军校科技期刊对所在院校的人才培养具有支撑性作用,为充分发挥军校科技期刊在人才培养中的功能,需要加强编辑队伍建设和强化服务意识。通过加强理论学习、参加编辑业务培训、开展编辑业务学习交流、探索学术论文写作方法指导方式等加强军队院校科技期刊编辑队伍建设;从对期刊负责、论文负责、对作者负责3个方面来强化服务意识,以论文为依托,在编辑过程中提高与作者沟通的技巧及对作者的指导能力,从而树立优质的服务形象。
Sci-tech periodicals of military academies play a supporting role in personnel training of their colleges.To give full play to the functional role of sci-tech periodicals of military academies in personnel training,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the editor team and enhance the service consciousness.The construction of the editor team of sci-tech periodicals of military academies should be strengthened by strengthening theoretical study,participating in editor training,developing editing business learning exchange,exploring the guidance methods of academic paper writing methods.The service consciousness should be strengthened from three aspects:responsibility for periodicals,papers and authors.Based on the paper,communication skills and guidance ability of authors should be improved in the editing process,so as to establish a high-quality service image.
