摘要
从野茼蒿的乙醇提取物中分离得到了8个单体化合物,包括三萜和甾体.经物理方法和波谱分析手段鉴定了其结构,分别为:β-谷甾醇(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、蒲公英甾醇(3)、伪蒲公英甾醇(4)、蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯(5)、β-香树脂醇(6)、菜油甾醇(7)、豆甾醇(8),8个化合物均为首次从野茼蒿中得到.
Eight compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Crassocephalum crepidioides(Benth.)S.Moore.On the basic of spectral analysis,the eight compounds are elucidated asβ-sitosterol(1),lupeol(2),taraxasterol(3),pseudotaraxasterol(4),taraxasteryl acetate(5),β-amyrin(6),campesterol(7)and stigmasterol(8).The eight compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
