摘要
松辽盆地保康区块具有铀矿开发的巨大潜力和空间,但由于勘探施工频遇钻孔缩径,铀矿勘查项目进展缓慢,因此对该区块地层岩心进行了系统表征。岩性分析结果表明缩径地层存在大段泥岩层、砂泥岩混层,微裂隙发育,水化膨胀严重。优选了有机-无机复合硅酸盐抑制剂,进一步研制了抑制性良好的冲洗液体系。结果表明,当甲基硅酸钾(PMS)加量为2.5%、硅酸钾加量为0.5%时,冲洗液能有效抑制岩心水化膨胀;通过配方优化,最终获得了流变性能稳定、滤失量低、泥饼韧性强的冲洗液配方。该技术在保康区块两个试验钻孔成功应用,顺利钻穿易缩径地层,未发生缩径、钻头泥包等问题,取得良好应用效果,初步形成了针对该地区的强抑制性冲洗液技术。
Baokang field is of great potential for uranium exploitation.However,pipe sticking due to wellbore shrinkage induced by shale swelling greatly hindered the exploration of uranium in this field.For this reason,core analysis was performed to identify the clay composition in the uranium formation.The results showed that long sequence of sandstone-limestone,and micro fractures,severe wellbore instability usually can be observed.A drilling fluid system with great inhibition performance,based on inorganic-organic hybrid silicate,was developed.Laboratory test results showed that the shale hydration and swelling can be inhibited at the concentration of 2.5 wt.%potassium methyl silicate and the concentration of 0.5 wt.%potassium silicate.A drilling fluid formula with stable rheological properties,low fluid loss and strengthen mud cake was obtained.This drilling fluid was successfully applied in two wells in Baokang area,and successfully drilled through swelling clay layer,without wellbore shrinkage,bit balling and pipe sticking.And thus,the drilling fluid with strong inhibition property suitable for drilling in Baokang field was achieved.
