摘要
目的探索泸州地区一级与二级综合医院护士的患者安全态度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法于2020年4-5月,以患者安全态度量表为调查工具,对泸州地区一级与二级综合医院的472名护士进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果一级和二级综合医院护士的患者安全态度总得分为12515.87,将各维度均分进行高低排名依次为管理认知(4.35±0.70)、工作满意度(4.14±0.77)、安全氛围(4.04±0.53)、工作条件(4.01±0.84)、团队合作(3.96±0.59)及压力感知(3.69±1.09),护龄、月收入满意度和护理专业意愿的选择是护士患者安全态度的影响因素。结论泸州地区一级和二级综合医院护士患者安全态度呈中等偏上水平,基层医院管理者应采取有效干预措施和管理策略来提高护士患者安全态度水平,促进基层医院患者安全管理,保障患者安全。
Objective To explore the status nurses’attitude towards patient safety in primary and secondary general hospitals in Luzhou,analyze its affecting factors.Methods From April to May 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 472 nurses in primary and secondary general hospitals in Luzhou by the patient safety attitude questionnaire.And the data were analyzed.Results The total score of patient safety attitude among nurses in primary and secondary general hospitals was 12515.87,and the mean scores of dimensions were ranked as follows:management cognition(4.35±0.70),job satisfaction(4.14±0.77),safety atmosphere(4.04±0.53),working conditions(4.01±0.84),teamwork(3.96±0.59)and pressure perception(3.69±1.09).Nursing age,monthly income satisfaction and voluntary choice of nursing specialty were e the main factors of nurses’attitude towards patient safety.Conclusion The nurses’attitude towards patient safety in primary and secondary general hospitals in Luzhou is above medium level.Administrators of primary hospitals should adopt effective intervention measures and management strategies to improve the nurses’attitude towards patient safety promote the level of patient safety management in primary hospitals and ensure patients’safety.
