摘要
目的分析崇左市宁明县近15年结核病流行状况。方法从《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》的子系统《传染病监测系统》收集2005—2019年崇左市宁明县结核病病例资料进行统计分析。结果崇左市宁明县在过去的15年中发现结核病病例共9183例,年均人群发病率为142.03/10万。人群发病率从2008年最高的216.15/10万下降到2019年的77.56/10万。结核病病例占崇左市宁明县法定传染病比率由最高的2005年的53.63%下降至2019年的15.80%。崇左市宁明县15年中结核病死亡病例共29例,人群死亡率为0.45/10万。结核病病例以农民为主,占79.70%;其次为离退休人员,占4.54%。发病年龄以50~<70岁为高发年龄组,占40.08%。崇左市宁明县2个中越边境民众互市点的爱店镇和桐棉乡年均人群发病率分别为103.26/10万和69.76/10万。结论崇左市宁明县在过去15年的结核病防治过程中,结核病病例数量有明显下降,但最近2年的人群发病率仍然高于全国的平均水平,因此,崇左市宁明县的结核病防治任务依然十分艰巨。
Objective To investigate the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in Ningming County of Chongzuo City in the past 15 years.Methods The data of tuberculosis cases of Ningming County of Chongzuo City from 2005-2019 were collected from the infectious disease surveillance system,which is the subsystem of the China disease prevention and control information system,and analyzed statistically.Results In the past 15 years,totally 9183 cases of tuberculosis were found in Ningming County of Chongzuo City,with an average annual population incidence rate of 142.03/lakh.The population incidence rate dropped from216.15/lakh,the highest in 2008,to 77.56/lakh in 2019.The proportion of tuberculosis accounted for notifiable infectious diseases in Ningming County of Chongzuo City dropped from 53.63%,the highest in 2005,to 15.80%in 2019.There were 29 deaths from tuberculosis in Ningming County of Chongzuo City in the past 15 years,with a population mortality rate of 0.45/lakh.The majority of tuberculosis cases were farmers,accounting for 79.70%,followed by retirees,accounting for 4.54%.The people aged 50-<70 years old were the age group with high incidence,accounting for 40.08%.The average annual population incidence rate in Aidian Town and Tongmian Township,two markets where people on the border between China and Vietnam trade each other,was 103.26/lakh and 69.76/lakh respectively.Conclusion During the past 15 years of tuberculosis prevention and control in Ningming County of Chongzuo City,the number of tuberculosis cases has dropped significantly,but the population incidence rate in the last 2 years is still higher than the national average.Therefore,the tuberculosis prevention and control tasks in Ningming County of Chongzuo City are still very arduous.
