摘要
针对某年产30万t化机浆项目木片输送线安装调试期间的所发生的称重传感器安装精度及测量数据不准问题,从电子皮带秤的工作原理、应用功能、安装调试和日常维护等方面进行介绍,为仪表人员提供参考和借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate installation accuracy and measurement data of weighing sensor during the installation and commissioning of wood chip conveying line of a chemi-mechanical pulp project with an annual output of 300,000 tons,this paper introduces the working principle,application function,installation and commissioning and daily maintenance of electronic belt scale,so as to provide reference for instrument personnel of wood chip conveying system.
