摘要
十二时辰肇始于汉代,丑时是两个十二时辰的连接点,具有结束与开启的双重职能,在中医辨证论治体系内具有特殊的意义和地位。"丑"古通"纽",《说文解字注》释其为束缚、捆绑;升腾、萌发之意。《伤寒论》中,丑时同为太阴、少阴、厥阴的欲解时。三阴同为阳入阴出,太过、不及均会导致疾病发生,当阳入阴出之势头太过,势必发生阴阳升降出入的异常,导致阳气不能升发,阴气不能收藏,故此时需逆转阳入阴出的趋势,丑时的阴阳特点,恰恰符合这种逐渐冲破束缚,升提阳气的状态,所以其为三阴病共有之欲解时。丑时与开阖枢并无直接关系,但由于丑时与厥阴关系密切,故厥阴在开阖枢中的功能,便是丑时所发挥的功能。在开阖枢中,丑时功能有二:一者,此阴阳转换又将是下一个阴阳循环的开始,故而丑时的状态,决定了下一个阴阳循环的良莠;二者,此阴阳转化是表里、上下、内外阴阳融会贯通的重要"节点"。此外,丑时在指导辨证用药、针灸选穴中亦有重要作用。
Twelve hour began in the Han Dynasty.The period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m is the connecting point of the two twelve hours.It has the dual functions of ending and opening.It has special significance and status in the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine.The word "Chou(纽)" was used as Chou(丑) in ancient times.Shuowen Jiezi Zhu interprets it as bondage and binding;Rising and germination.In Shanghan Lun,the period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m is the time when the pathogenic qi in Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin is about to be solved.Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin are all yang entering and yin exiting.Too much or too little will lead to disease.When the momentum of yang entering andyin exiting is too much,it is bound to have abnormal movements of yin and yang,resulting in the inability of yang qi to rise and yin qi to hide.Therefore,it is necessary to reverse the trend of yang entering and yin exiting.The yin-yang characteristics of the period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m are just in line with the state of gradually breaking through the shackles and raising yang qi,so it is the time when the diseases in Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin are about to be solved.The period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m is not directly related to the opening and closing pivot,but because the period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m is closely related to Jueyin,the function of Jueyin in the opening and closing pivot is the function of the period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m.In the opening and closing pivot,there are two functions of the period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m:On the one hand,this yin-yang transformation will be the beginning of the next yin-yang cycle.Therefore,the state of the period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m determines the good and bad of the next yin-yang cycle;the transformation of yin and yang is an important "node" for the integration of yin and yang superficies and interior,up and down,and inside and outside.In addition,the period of the day from 1 a.m.to 3 a.m also plays an important ro
