摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)是临床最常见的致死性和致残性神经系统疾病。包括平扫CT、CT血管成像(CTA)和CT灌注成像(CTP)等在内的多模态CT检查已用于评估卒中病因、血管状态及病变部位,判断缺血核心、缺血半暗带及侧支循环状态等,可为诊断AIS、评估病情及选择治疗方案等提供重要参考。本文对多模态CT用于AIS研究进行综述。
Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is the most common fatal and disable neurological disease in clinical practice.Multimodal CT,including plain CT,CT angiography(CTA)and CT perfusion(CTP),has been used to evaluate the etiology,vascular status and localization of lesions,judge ischemic core,ischemic penumbra and collateral status of stroke,providing important references for diagnosis,evaluation and treatment selection of AIS.The advancements of multimodal CT imaging in AIS were reviewed in this article.
