摘要
针对40Cr钢断裂问题,通过使用直读光谱仪(OES)、光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等观察分析手段,对断裂零件进行了化学成分检测、扫描电镜分析、金相检测、硬度检测。结果表明:钢材心部存在明显的珠光体偏析区域,致使心部较正常部位强度高、硬度高、塑性低,在后续的缩杆过程中偏析区域与基体不协调的变形导致心部偏析区域产生裂纹,最终导致钢材断裂。
For the fracture of the steel 40Cr parts,through optical emission spectrometer(OES),optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the specimens were analyzed by chemical analysis,metallographic analysis,SEM and hardness test.The results show that there is an obvious pearlite segregation area in the core of the steel,which causes the core to have higher strength,higher hardness and lower plasticity than the normal part.In the subsequent rod shrinking process,the inconsistent deformation of the segregation area and the matrix leads to cracks in the core segregation area,which eventually leads to the steel fracture.
