摘要
对我国新能源光伏发电站项目建设管理进行分析,从加强参建单位招投标管控、设计工作以及完善技术配置方面进行了论述,提出强化项目建设的管理工作、质量监督与设备的制造、制定合理的采购计划方法等策略,达到了新能源发电站项目建设管理的实践目的,从而解决了当前光伏发电站项目建设管理实践不完善的问题。
With the increasing status of clean energy in production,solar photovoltaic power generation projects rise rapidly in the current era.However,combined with the current construction and management status of China’s new energy photovoltaic power station project,there are still some problems,such as relevant personnel have too little consideration of the surrounding environment and outdated management measures,resulting in the project construction can not be carried out in an orderly manner.Through thinking about the construction of photovoltaic power station project,this paper analyzes the matters needing attention in the construction,and provides a certain theoretical basis for practice.
