摘要
"十四五"时期,我国开启了建设现代化强国的新征程。在这个过程中,既需要沿海地区开放型经济的率先发展,也需要边疆开放型经济的快速发展,可以说建设现代化强国离不开边疆开放型经济的发展。面对复杂多变的国际国内形势,如何促进边疆经济的发展,需要在深入研究的基础上,提出切合边疆经济发展的对策建议。因此,文章通过对边疆开放型经济"十三五"发展的总结,在分析边疆开放型经济发展存在问题和挑战的基础上,进一步分析发展中存在的机遇,最后提出了"十四五"时期边疆开放型经济发展的对策建议,希冀能对边疆开放型经济发展具有指导意义。
During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,China will start a new journey of establishing a strong and modernized country.It means that this process needs both the lead development of coastal areas as well as the rapid development of border areas.A strong and modernized China can not be built without the open economic development of border areas.Being faced with complex and unpredicted situation both at home and abroad,in order to answer how to stimulate economic development of border areas,it is essential to provide policy suggestions based on in-depth research.Thus,this articl firstly summarises developments and improvements of open ecnonomic development of border areas during the 13 th Five Year Plan period,on the basis of which,analyses problems and challenges,and then the opportunites that faced with the economic devleopemnt of border areas.Lastly,this article puts forward suggestions on how to effectively realise open economic development of border areas with the aim of providing guidance on the open economic development of border areas.
