摘要
为扩大炼焦煤资源、降低配煤成本,太钢开展了配用中灰低G值瘦煤的研究及生产实践,利用300 kg试验焦炉进行配合煤炼焦实验,筛选出SM5与SM6,并在7.63 m焦炉进行工业化试验和生产实践。结果表明:配用13%和15%的中灰低G值瘦煤后,焦炭冷、热态强度略有所提高,焦炭灰分可控制在12.10%以内,配煤成本可降低7.38元/t,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
To expand the coking coal resources and reduce the cost of coal blending,TISCO carried out the research and production practice of blending lean coal with medium ash and low caking index.The coking experiment of blended coal was carried out by 300 kg test coke oven,SM5 and SM6 were selected,and industrialization test and production practice were carried out in 7.63 m coke oven.The results showed that after blending 13%and 15%lean coal with medium ash and low caking index,the cold and thermal strength of coke was improved to certain extent,the ash content of coke could be controlled within 12.10%,and the cost of coal blending was reduced by 7.38 yuan/t,which had good economic and social benefits.
