摘要
[目的]为加快培养高素质双师型教师队伍。[方法]分析广西双师型教师队伍建设存在的问题及成因,借鉴发达国家双师型教师队伍建设经验。[结果]合理界定"双师型"教师定义及发展标准,与行企协同制定科学的"双师型"教师考核评价体系,构建持续发展的双师型教师培育机制,实施多样化"双师型"教师培养模式。[建议]建立"双师型"教师队伍建设目标琏,构建"自然积累+培训+实践+服务"满足教师个性化需求的成长路径,制定科学可行的"双师型"教师考核标准。
[Objective]To accelerate the training of high-quality double-professionally-titled teachers.[Method]Analyze on the issues and causes of the construction of double-professionally-titled teachers in Guangxi,and learn on the experiences of the construction of double-professionally-titled teachers in developed countries.[Result]Reasonably define the definition and development standards of"doubleprofessionally-titled"teachers;Formulate a assessment and evaluation system of"double-professionallytitled"teachers together with the industry and enterprise;Build a sustainable cultivation mechanism for"double-professionally-titled"teachers;Implement diversified training models for"doubleprofessionally-titled"teachers.[Suggestion]Establish the target chain of the construction of"doubleprofessionally-titled"teachers;Build a growth path of"natural accumulation+training+practice+service"to meet the personalized needs of teachers;Formulate scientific and feasible assessment standards for"double-professionally-titled"teachers.
