日粮添加不同糖源对育肥猪生长性能、养分消化及氮代谢的影响 被引量:3

Effects of dietary supplementation of different sugar sources on growth performance,nutrient digestion and nitrogen metabolism of finishing pigs

摘要 文章旨在评估日粮添加不同糖源对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及氮代谢的影响。试验选择800头15周平均体重为(53.37)kg的商品猪,随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复50头。试验为期70 d,两组育肥猪分别饲喂葡萄糖和果寡糖水平为4%的日粮。结果:两组育肥猪在整个试验阶段的平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05),但果寡糖组70 d育肥猪的体重、36~70 d和1~70 d平均日增重较葡萄糖组显著提高3.91%、15.90%和7.78%(P<0.05)。与葡萄糖组相比,果寡糖组育肥猪36~70 d和1~70 d料重比较分别显著降低14.44%和7.60%(P<0.05)。葡萄糖和果寡糖组育肥猪在试验第35和70天干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。果寡糖组育肥猪在试验第35和70天酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率较葡萄糖组分别显著降低14.46%和17.70%(P<0.05)。两组育肥猪氮摄入量及粪中乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸、异丁酸和异戊酸浓度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。葡萄糖组育肥猪粪氮和尿氮排泄量较果寡糖组分别显著提高26.08%和23.22%(P<0.05),但氮沉积量显著降低13.00%(P<0.05)。结论:育肥猪日粮中添加4%果寡糖可以通过降低氮排泄量,提高氮沉积改善日增重和饲料效率,但日粮添加4%葡萄糖可以提高育肥猪酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of different sugar sources on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and nitrogen metabolism of finishing pigs.A total of 800 commercial pigs with an average body weight of 53.37 kg at the age of 15 weeks were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates per group and 50 pigs per replicate.Pigs in both groups were fed 4%glucose and 4%FOS throughout the 70-day trial period.Results:There was no significant difference in average daily feed intake between the two groups during the whole experiment period(P>0.05),but the body weight,average daily gain(ADG)of pigs in FOS group at 70 d and 36~70 d and 1~70 d were significantly increased by 3.91%,15.90%and 7.78%compared with glucose group(P<0.05).Compared with glucose group,the feed/gain of finishing pigs in FOS group was significantly decreased by 14.44%and 7.60%at 36~70 d and 1~70 d,respectively(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,ether extract,ash and neutral detergent fiber in glucose and FOS groups on the 35th and 70th day of the experiment(P>0.05).Compared with glucose group,the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in FOS group was significantly decreased by 14.46%and 17.70%on the 35th and 70th day(P<0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences in nitrogen intake and fecal concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,valeric acid,isobutyric acid and iso-valeric acid between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with FOS group,fecal nitrogen excretion and urinary nitrogen excretion of pigs in glucose group were significantly increased by 26.08%and 23.22%(P<0.05),respectively,but nitrogen deposition was significantly decreased by 13.00%(P<0.05).Conclusions:Diet supplemented with 4%FOS can improve daily gain and feed efficiency by reducing nitrogen output and increasing nitrogen deposition,but diet supplemented with 4%glucose can increase apparent digestibility of acid detergen
