摘要
总结与推广郝建秀工作法是新中国成立初期发生在我国纺织行业的一个重大历史事件,本文将其置于在国营企业中贯彻依靠工人阶级的思想这个宏大的历史进程中进行解读。总结与推广郝建秀工作法的过程,不仅是在技术层面上总结与推广一种工作方法的过程,而且是在国营纺织企业中贯彻依靠工人阶级的思想的过程,也即是一个破旧立新的思想改造过程。这种思想改造既有助于把工人改造成为像郝建秀那样的自觉劳动者,也有助于重建工会与企业行政、工会与党组织以及工会与工人等彼此之间的合作关系,因而促进了合作型劳动关系的形成。
Summarizing and promoting the Hao Jianxiu Working Style was an important historical event in our country's textile industry during the early days of New China.This paper tries to interpret the event by putting it in a special era,which implements the idea of relying on the working class in state-owned enterprises.The process of summarizing and promoting the Hao Jianxiu Working Style was not only the process of summarizing and promoting a working style at a technical level,but also the process of implementing the idea of relying on the working class in state-owned textile enterprises.It was a process of an ideological transformation that destroyed old ideologies and established new ones.The ideological transformation contributed to a transition of workers to active ones like Hao Jianxiu.It was also conducive to rebuilding cooperative relations between labor unions and enterprise administrations,labor unions and Party organizations,and labor unions and workers,which facilitated the making of cooperative labor relations.
