摘要
脑血管结构和功能异常与脑功能和脑疾病发生关系密切。脑特异性血管生成抑制因子1(brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1,BAI1)是在正常脑组织中高度表达的跨膜蛋白,具有抑制血管生成、吞噬凋亡细胞和抑制肿瘤形成的功能。BAI1及脑特异性血管生成抑制因子1相关蛋白2(BAI1-associated protein 2,BAIAP2)可以调节神经元的信息传递,影响脑发育和脑功能,参与神经可塑性调节和多种神经精神疾病的发生发展。本文主要综述了BAI1与BAIAP2的结构特征及其与突触可塑性、学习记忆、神经精神疾病发生发展的关系和调控机制,旨在为系统阐明BAI1与BAIAP2的中枢调控功能拓宽思路。
Cerebral vascular structural and functional abnormalities are closely related to brain function and brain diseases.Brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1(BAI1)is a highly expressed transmembrane protein in normal brain tissue,inhibiting angiogenesis,phagocytosis and tumor formation.Recent studies have shown that BAI1 and BAI1-associated protein 2(BAIAP2)are closely related to synaptic plasticity and exert regulatory effects on neural transmission of neurons,thus affecting brain function and leading to the occurrence of various neuropsychiatric diseases.In this paper,we reviewed the structural characteristics of BAI1 and BAIAP2,their relationship with synaptic plasticity,learning and memory,and the occurrence and development of neuropsychiatric diseases,and their regulatory mechanisms.This paper aimed to broaden the thinking of systematically elucidating the central regulatory functions of BAI1 and BAIAP2.
