摘要
“讲好中国制度故事”,就是要面向国内民众和国际社会,把中国的制度讲清楚、把中国的故事讲精彩,其叙事立场在于澄清和批驳抹黑中国制度、误导国际舆论的不实之词,讲清楚中国特色社会主义制度的体系架构和显著优势,进而将制度自信从“信”落实到“行”。目前,中国在“讲好中国制度故事”方面仍存在着讲述内容“供给不足”、讲述形式“引力不强”、讲述媒介“质量不高”等诸多困境。为此,“讲好中国制度故事”,要做好顶层设计,构建系统完备、科学规范、运行有效的制度体系,要加强媒体融合,挖掘元素多样、题材多元、内容多彩的制度故事,要注重受众需求,练就拨云见日、一语中的、力透纸背的讲述本领,使中国制度故事成为一种更具系统性和包容性、更具吸引力和解释力的话语体系。
To tell well the success story of the Chinese system is to give a clear and well-grounded account of what is best about the Chinese system to audiences both at home and abroad.The stand point of the narrative is to unravel and refute the lies that have been told by western media to smear China and mislead international opinion,and to explain the structural framework of socialism with Chinese characteristics and its obvious superiority,so as to turn our confidence in this system into“action”.The endeavor so far has encountered some dilemmas,such as insufficient content,“unattractive”ways of story-telling,and ill-qualified media.To solve these problems greater efforts must be made to make top-level designs,set up well-equipped institutions that operate in scientific and efficient ways,strengthen ties between various media platforms,tell stories that are rich in content,to the point in argument,and accommodating to the needs of audiences,so as to make the discourse about the Chinese system more attractive,more inclusive and more convincing.
