摘要
以某城市交通安全管理监测信息平台系统为例,简要介绍了城市交通安全管理监测信息平台系统总体设计方案、总体架构、关键技术和系统平台建设等,平台采用计算机视觉和人工智能技术、分布式计算与存储技术和GPU图形计算技术等关键技术,平台建设包括综合态势系统、基础信息系统、重点监管系统、统计分析系统、预测预警系统、综合执法系统、预案管理系统、行业管理系统、服务系统等内容,平台对提高城市交通安全管理的信息化水平和管理水平有较大的推动作用。
Taking a city traffic safety management and monitoring information platform system as an example, this paper briefly introduces the overall design scheme, overall architecture, key technologies and system platform construction of the city traffic safety management and monitoring information platform system. The platform adopts computer vision and artificial intelligence technology,distributed computing and storage technology, GPU graphics computing technology and other key technologies. The platform construction includes comprehensive situation system, basic information system, key supervision system, statistical analysis system, prediction and early warning system, comprehensive law enforcement system, plan management system, industry management system, service system, etc. The platform has a great role in promoting the informatization and management level of urban traffic safety management.
