基于正交试验的溶洞对隧道稳定性影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究溶洞对隧道稳定性的影响程度,依据正交试验设计方法,将溶洞的尺寸、距离、方位作为影响因素,将隧道拱顶下沉、周边收敛及底部隆起作为考核指标,运用ANSYS软件对选取的工况进行数值模拟分析,借助正交试验数据分析方法得到溶洞不同因素的变化对隧道稳定性影响程度的定量判断。结果表明,3个因素对隧道拱顶下沉影响程度由大到小依次为方位、尺寸、距离;对隧道周边收敛影响程度由大到小依次为尺寸、距离,由于方位影响过小,可忽略不计;对隧道底部隆起由大到小影响程度依次为方位、距离、尺寸。 In order to study the influence degree of karst cave on the stability of tunnel, according to the orthogonal test design method, taking the size, distance and azimuth of karst cave as the influencing factors, taking the vault sink, horizontal displacement and bottom heave of tunnel as the assessment indexes, some working conditions were analyzed in numerical simulation with ANSYS software. The influence degree quantitative judgment of the cave changes in different factors on the stability of tunnel was got with the help of orthogonal test data analysis method. The results show that the influence degree of three factors on the vault sink is in the following order: orientation, size and distance;the influence degree on the horizontal displacement is in the following order: size, distance, and the influence on orientation is too small to be ignored;the influence degree on the bottom heave is orientation, distance and size.
