摘要
2021年4月6日,时值厦门大学百年校庆,作为厦门大学法学院举办“国际法治的理论与实践国际”研讨会分论坛之一,“海洋法的发展、挑战与前瞻”国际研讨会隆重举行。与会专家、学者和官员在题为“国际海洋法的发展及中国主张”的主旨报告下,围绕“国际海洋法的最新发展”和“国际海洋法的未来”两个议题进行了深入的交流与探讨。本次研讨会旨在运用中国法治话语,构建学术交流平台,推动全球海洋治理,共建海洋命运共同体。
On the occasion of the centennial anniversary of Xiamen University,the International Symposium on the Law of the Sea:Developments,Challenges and Prospects was grandly held as one of the sub-forums of the Conference on Theory and Practice of International Rule of Law&Governance organized by the School of Law,Xiamen University.Under the keynote report entitled The Development of the International Law of the Sea and China’s Views,the experts,scholars and officials present at the symposium engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on two topics:the latest developments of the International Law of the Sea,and the future of the International Law of the Sea.This symposium aims to use China’s discourse for the rule of law to build a platform for academic exchange,thereby driving global ocean governance and jointly building a maritime community with a shared future.
