摘要
某水轮发电机组定子线棒在出槽口发生击穿故障。经诊断,并不是主绝缘问题导致的击穿现象,而是由于线棒直线部分的排间绝缘失效,出现短路故障,产生的热量及气体在线棒内部沿着铜导体表面到达出槽口,致使绝缘破裂并发生击穿现象。本文针对该问题,考虑优化内均压层的制作工艺,提出预防措施。
A breakdown of the stator bar of a hydro-generator unit occurred at the outlet slot.After diagnosis,it is found that it’s not the breakdown phenomenon caused by the main insulation problem,but the short-circuit fault occurred due to the turn to turn insulation failure of the straight part of the bar.The generated heat and gas reached the outlet slot of stator bar along the surface of the copper conductor,causing the insulation to rupture and breakdown.Aiming at this problem,this paper considers optimizing the manufacturing process of the inner corona protection and proposes preventive measures.
