摘要
文章以数控机床液压换向滑阀为研究对象,以传感器模块、DSP处理器模块、数据采集模块、数据处理模块、数据显示模块为硬件设计了数控机床液压换向滑阀磨损监测系统,并采用无线ZigBee通信实现数控机床液压换向滑阀磨损的监测。通过实验得出所设计系统的磨损监测误差与信号畸变度均小于基于云服务的磨损监测系统和基于SOA架构的磨损监测系统。该研究具有实际应用意义,可为数控机床液压领域的相关研究提供可靠参考。
Taking the hydraulic reversing slide valve of NC machine tools as the research object,the wear monitoring system of it is designed with the sensor module,DSP processor module,data acquisition module,data processing module and data display module as the hardware,and the ZigBee wireless communication is used to realize the wear monitoring.Through experiments,it is concluded that the wear monitoring error and signal distortion of the designed system are both smaller than those of the wear monitoring system based on cloud service and SOA architecture.The research has practical significance and can provide a reliable reference for the related research in the hydraulic field of NC machine tools.
