摘要
作为柴油机的重要组件,水泵的质量直接关系到柴油机的整体运行情况,文章就柴油机水泵常见故障,例如漏水问题、水泵异响等问题进行分析,并给出具体的维修意见。针对水泵常见故障部位进行分析,通过问题原因的查找及对症改进,以期降低水泵的故障率。
As an important component of diesel engine,the quality of water pump is directly related to the overall operation of diesel engine.This paper analyzes the common problems such as water leakage and abnormal noise of diesel engine water pump,and gives specific maintenance opinions.Analysis the common fault parts of the pump and improve the problem to reduce the fault rate of the pump.
