摘要
16缸曲轴中频感应淬火变形是曲轴制造过程中的一个关键工艺难题,在科研试制中,通过对变形控制方法的认识,以降低自由状态下曲轴感应淬火变形水平、维护曲轴结构变形规律为思路,提出了着眼曲轴制造全过程,系统的制定控制感应淬火变形的解决方案,突破了大长径比曲轴的感应淬火变形工艺瓶颈,满足了批产的需求。
Medium frequency induction quenching deformation of 16 cylinder crankshaft is a key process problem in the manufacturing process of crankshaft.In the scientific research and trial production,through the understanding of deformation control methods,taking reducing the deformation level of crankshaft induction quenching in free state and maintaining the deformation law of crankshaft structure as the idea,this paper puts forward a solution to systematically formulate and control induction quenching deformation focusing on the whole process of crankshaft manufacturing,It breaks through the bottleneck of induction quenching deformation process of crankshaft with large aspect ratio and meets the demand of mass production.
