摘要
本文介绍基于高速转台的发动机压力测量系统,该系统能够精确测量发动机燃烧室内部的压强,并自带存储测试相关装备。传统的发动机压力测量采用的是间接测量方法,通过对推力和时间的相对数据而倒推出燃烧室的压力数据,此种方式会因为摩擦力对推力的损耗而产生较大误差。而改进的基于高速转台的发动机压力测量系统则因为通过采用对燃烧室直接测量的方式而减少误差,实现了精确测量。
This paper introduces the engine pressure measurement system based on high-speed turntable.The system can accurately measure the pressure in the engine combustion chamber,and has its own storage and testing equipment.The traditional engine pressure measurement adopts the indirect measurement method,which reverses the pressure data of the combustion chamber through the relative data of thrust and time.This method will produce large errors due to the loss of thrust by friction.The improved engine pressure measurement system based on high-speed turntable reduces the error and realizes accurate measurement by directly measuring the combustion chamber.
