摘要
目前国内的页岩气已经形成完备的气藏工程和钻采工程技术体系,但由于工艺技术要求高、地质复杂、单井EUR总体偏低、产量递减速度快、生产经营管理体系不健全等一系列问题,始终未能摆脱勘探开发成本高、开发效益差的局面,页岩气开发企业长期承受着低效、低产和亏损的压力。本文以浙江油田公司实际生产经营形势和管理需求为基础,研究建立了一种基于标准井技术经济指标的页岩气开发效益倒逼机制,并且通过在Y*137h3-5*井的设计、编概工作中进行实际使用,验证了该机制的操作性和有效性。
At present,China's shale gas has formed a complete technical system for gas reservoir engineering and drilling and production engineering.However,due to a series of problems such as high process and technical requirements,complex geology,overall low single well EUR,fast production decline rate and imperfect production and operation management system,shale gas development enterprises have not been able to get rid of the situation of high exploration and development cost and poor development efficiency for a long time Low production and loss pressure.Based on the actual production and operation situation and management needs of Zhejiang Oilfield Company,this paper studies and establishes a shale gas development benefit anti-driving mechanism based on the technical and economic indicators of standard wells,and verifies the operability and effectiveness of the mechanism through practical application in the design and compilation of Y*137h3-5*wells.
