摘要
水利水电工程是我国重要的基础设施之一,工程投资与规模往往较大,且施工中面临着复杂的环境与工艺要求,各种安全风险层出不穷,加强安全风险管理工作具有重要意义。对此,本文首先针对水利水电工程施工特征进行分析,明确了安全管理的重要性,其后详细就水利水电工程安全管理风险类型、风险因素识别展开论述,最后围绕某水库工程展开分析,具体探讨此项目存在的安全管理风险,并提出了相应的安全管理对策,以期可为类似工程提供有价值的参考。
Water conservancy and hydropower engineering is one of the important infrastructures in China.The investment and scale of the project are often large,and the construction is faced with complex environmental and technological requirements.Various safety risks emerge in an endless stream.It is of great significance to strengthen safety risk management.In this regard,this article first analyzes the construction characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower projects,clarifies the importance of safety management,and then discusses in detail the types of safety management risks and identification of risk factors in water conservancy and hydropower projects,and finally analyzes and discusses specific reservoir projects.The safety management risks of this project have been proposed,and corresponding safety management countermeasures have been proposed in order to provide valuable references for similar projects.
