带缝钢板剪力墙应用技术探究

摘要 带缝钢板(SPWS)通过改变缝参数,实现了对刚度、承载力的灵活调节,并且采用全螺栓连接,安装与拆换方便,因此在现代建筑工程中广泛应用。首先概述了高厚比、开缝情况,以及对带缝钢板剪力墙稳定性的具体影响。其次以某工程为例,在分析这一技术适用性的基础上,分别从竖缝切割型式的选择、等离子切割速度的控制以及螺栓终拧时间的调控、钢板墙位置的校准等方面,总结了带缝钢板剪力墙在实践应用中需要重点把控的技术要点,以方便该技术的应用和推广。 The steel plate with seam(SPWS)realizes the flexible adjustment of stiffness and bearing capacity by changing the seam parameters,and adopts full bolt connection,which is convenient for installation and replacement,so it is widely used in modern construction engineering.Firstly,the specific influence of height thickness ratio and slit on the stability of steel plate shear wall with seam is summarized.Then,taking a project as an example,based on the analysis on the applicability of this technology,the key technical points in the practical application of steel plate shear wall with seams from the selection of vertical seam cutting type,the control of plasma cutting speed,the regulation of bolt final tightening time,and the calibration of steel plate wall position are summarized,which provides experience for popularization and application of this technology.
