桥墩施工和箱梁施工是高架桥施工的重要组成部分,保障桥墩和箱梁的施工安全也成了高架桥施工安全管理的重难点。主要介绍和分析城市轨道交通桥墩施工(低于20 m的高墩)和箱梁(简支梁)弧形架施工中的重大安全风险,简述高架桥桥墩和箱梁施工装配式防护平台设计和优点,并提出管控对策措施,旨在解决和减少桥墩和箱梁施工的重大事故隐患,保障施工人员生命和财产安全,同时进一步提高高架桥桥墩和箱梁项目安全管理标准,并为其他相应城市轨道交通高架桥施工提供参考意见。
Pier construction and box girder construction are important parts of viaduct construction.Ensuring the construction safety of bridge piers and box girder has become a major and difficult point in safety management of viaduct construction.The article mainly introduces and analyzes construction of urban rail transit bridge piers(high piers less than 20 meters)and box girder(simple beams)arc construction of major safety risks.The design and advantages of the prefabricated protection platform for viaduct pier and box girder construction are briefly described,and control measures are put forward.It aims to solve and reduce the hidden dangers of major accidents in the construction of bridge piers and box beams,protect the lives and property safety of construction personnel,and at the same time further improve safety management standards of viaduct pier and box beam projects,and provide reference for other corresponding urban rail transit viaduct construction.
