摘要
“动物生理学”是研究健康动物机体基本生命活动及其本质规律的学科,是一门生物科学的专业基础课和专业发展必修课。课程注重科学思维方法的训练和科学伦理的教育,在培养学生探索未知、追求真理的责任感和使命感中发挥着重要作用。但由于该课程具有较强的系统性和较高的抽象性,且大多采用“填鸭式”和“满堂灌”的教学模式,难以激发学生学习的兴趣和调动学习的积极性。课程知识点跨动物生物学、动物解剖学、组织学和细胞生物学等多课程的内容,机制复杂抽象,存在难以理解和消化以及教学效果不理想等问题。基于教学经验和前人的研究,归纳了动物生理学的教学现状、存在问题及改革方法,提出了几点思考,为该课程高质量的教与学提供参考。
Animal Physiology is a subject that studies the basic life activities and essential laws of healthy animal organisms, and also a basic professional course and a compulsory course for professional development in biological sciences. This course focuses on the training of scientific thinking methods and the education of scientific ethics,which plays an important role in cultivating students’ sense of responsibility and mission to explore the unknown,pursue the truth. However, it is difficult to arouse the students’ interest and learning enthusiasm in this course due to its strong systematicness and abstractness and the commonly used cramming method of teaching. The knowledge points of the course span multiple courses such as animal biology, animal anatomy, histology and cell biology, which makes it difficult for students to understand, so the teaching effect is not satisfactory. Based on teaching experiences and predecessor’s research, this paper summarizes the present situation, existing problems and reform methods of the Animal Physiology course, and puts forward some thoughts in order to provide the reference for the high-quality teaching and learning of the course.
