多波束多波位相控阵自动测试系统设计

摘要 相控阵天线暗室测试是相控阵天线研制过程中重要的环节之一.为解决多波束相控阵天线近场测试耗时长效率低的现状以及测试系统普适性差的问题,设计了一种用于多波束多波位相控阵自动测试系统,该测试系统采用可扩展接口设计和功能模块化设计以便于系统升级和适配.根据该测试系统的组成,给出了校准测试、近场扫描测试的流程以及测试时序优化和软件设计思路.利用多波束相控阵天线对测试系统进行了测试性能分析,与单步测试相比,方向图扫描精度与单步测试基本一致,测试效率提升显著,对多波束相控阵天线暗室测试具有较好的适用性. The anechoic testing of phased array antenna is one of the important links in the development of phased array antenna.In order to solve the problem of long time consuming and low efficiency in near field test of multi-beam phased array antenna and poor universality of test system,this paper designs an automatic test system for multi-beam and multi-beam position phased array,which adopts extensible interface design and functional modularization design to facilitate system upgrade and adaptation.According to the composition of the test system,the paper presents the process of calibration test and near field scanning test,as well as test sequence optimization and software design ideas.Finally,the paper analyzes the performance of the test system by using the multi-beam phased array antenna.Compared with the single-step test,the scanning accuracy of antenna pattern is basically the same as that of the single-step test,and the test efficiency is significantly improved.It has good applicability to the anechoic testing of the multi-beam phased array antenna.
