摘要
介绍我国化工产业布局演变的基本情况及其对灭火救援工作的影响,分析当前化工灭火救援工作存在的薄弱环节和短板,并从强化政府部门联动、构建四级化工应急救援圈、加强专业救援装备配备及提升救援队伍实战能力等方面提出了有针对性的建议和对策。
This paper introduces the basic situation of the layout evolution of China's chemical industry and its impact on fire fighting and rescue work,analyzes the weak links and shortcomings of the current chemical fire fighting and rescue work,and puts forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the linkage of government departments,building a four-level chemical emergency rescue circle,strengthening the allocation of professional rescue equipment and improving the actual combat ability of rescue teams.
