摘要
目的利用传感技术、无线通信技术及安卓平台,设计了一种既可直观展示细胞分选原理和又可模仿其检查技术操作要点,同时帮助学生理解细胞分选过程的系统。方法基于MSP430单片机构建细胞分选原理展示与模拟操作系统硬件平台,基于ESP8266WIFI模块构成的无线通信平台,利用Java语言编写安装在Android手机上的血细胞分析仪的软件平台,实现根据发光波长五路分选细胞。结果系统可全真模拟流式细胞仪和血液分析仪的细胞分选过程,并具有价廉、高效、综合的特点。结论系统特别适合直观展示细胞分选技术,具有广泛的市场应用情景。
Objective This article design a system that can visually demonstrate the principle of cell sorting and imitate the key points of its inspection technology,and at the same time help students understand the process of cell sorting,using sensor technology,wireless communication technology and Android platform.Methods The hardware platform of the cell sorting principle display and simulation operation system is constructed based on the MSP430 single-chip microcomputer.Based on the wireless communication platform composed of the ESP8266 WIFI module,the software platform of the blood cell analyzer installed on the Android mobile phone is written in Java language to realize the five-way sorting cells according to the luminous wavelength.Results The system can fully simulate the cell sorting process of flow cytometer and hematology analyzer,and has the characteristics of low price,high efficiency and comprehensiveness.Conclusion This system is particularly suitable for visual display of cell sorting technology,and has a wide range of market application scenarios.
