摘要
拱桥拱肋的钢管混凝土压注施工技术是拱桥施工的核心技术。以浩吉铁路洛河大桥为工程背景,制定施工方案,在混凝土施工条件较差的情况下,对补偿收缩混凝土增加硅粉、黏度改性材料等添加剂,最终得到最佳配合比,并使用一次顶升和二次顶升工艺对主拱肋施工。
The construction technology of concrete filled steel tube for arch rib of arch bridge is the core technology of arch bridge construction.Based on the engineering background of Luohe bridge on Haoji railway,this paper formulates the construction scheme.In the case of poor concrete construction conditions,silica fume,viscosity modified materials and other additives are added to the shrinkage compensating concrete to obtain the best mix proportion,and the primary and secondary jacking techniques are used to construct the main arch rib.
