摘要
为促进生态环境保护和环境工程建设,指出环境监测在生态环境保护中的重要意义。其为环境保护法律法规和执法工作推进提供了必要的依据,为环境保护工作指明方向,有效实现生态环境保护工作的反馈和评价。展望了环境监测在生态环境保护中的发展趋势:进一步有效构建和落实系统完善的环境监测管理机制,从根本上提升环境监测仪器设备精密度,进一步打造高质量环境监测队伍,高度重视环境监测工作,有效利用先进科学的监测工具,创新监测方式和手段,使生态环境保护工作实现良好的发展,促进我国社会经济可持续发展。
In order to promote eco-environmental protection and environmental engineering construction,the significance of environmental monitoring in eco-environmental protection is pointed out.It provides a necessary basis for the promotion of environmental protection laws and regulations and law enforcement,points out the direction for environmental protection,and effectively realizes the feedback and evaluation of ecological environmental protection.The development trend of environmental monitoring in ecological and environmental protection is prospected,i.e.to further effectively build and implement a systematic and perfect environmental monitoring management mechanism,fundamentally improve the precision of environmental monitoring instruments and equipment,further build a high-quality environmental monitoring team,attach great importance to environmental monitoring,effectively use advanced and scientific monitoring tools,and innovate monitoring methods and means,make the ecological and environmental protection work achieve good development and promote the sustainable development of China’s social economy.
