摘要 目的探讨溶血现象对临床生化检验结果的影响。方法90份接受生化检验的血液标本,随机分为研究组与对照组,各45份。对照组不溶血,研究组进行人为溶血,对两份血液样本均常规使用全自动生化分析仪进行生化检验。观察并比较两组的相关生化检验指标水平差异。结果研究组血清总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血清血糖(GLU)为(6.1±0.9)mmol/L低于对照组的(8.2±1.6)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)、血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血清谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液样本发生溶血现象后会对多项生化检验项目指标水平产生影响,导致其发生水平改变;所以,在对血液标本进行采集时,一定要尽可能的避免发生溶血现象,以避免对指标的检验结果产生影响,进而影响临床疾病的准确诊疗。 Objective To discuss the influence of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test results.Methods 90 blood samples for biochemical test were selected and randomly were divided into a study group and a control group,with 45 samples in each group.The control group received no artificial hemolysis,while the study group received artificial hemolysis.Blood samples in these two groups received routine biochemical tests by an automatic biochemical analyzer.The difference in biochemical test indicators between these two groups was observed and compared.Results The levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(CHO)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum glucose(GLU)in the study group was(6.1±0.9)mmol/L,which was significantly higher than(8.2±1.6)mmol/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of serum urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Cr),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and serum glutamyltransferase(GGT)between these two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Hemolysis of blood samples may affect a number of biochemical test indicators,resulting in changes in their levels.Therefore,it is necessary to avoid hemolysis in the collection of blood samples,so as to avoid the impact on the results of test indicators which may further affect the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
