摘要
目的研究康复前移理念在喉癌术后康复训练中的应用效果。方法50例喉癌术后患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例。研究组采取康复前移理念护理,对照组采取常规护理。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、华盛顿医科大学生存质量量表(UW-QOL)评分。结果研究组总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组咀嚼、吞咽、疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组咀嚼、吞咽、疼痛评分分别为(81.15±4.29)、(84.26±3.15)、(82.16±3.45)分,均显著高于对照组的(67.35±6.24)、(70.32±5.18)、(69.23±5.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对喉癌患者术后采取康复前移理念护理,强化咀嚼及吞咽能力,显著减轻疼痛,治疗效果较好。
Objective To study the practical effect of the concept of forward rehabilitation in postoperative rehabilitation training of laryngeal cancer.Methods A total of 50 cases of laryngeal cancer patients were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 25 cases in each group.The research group adopted the concept of forward rehabilitation,and the control group adopted conventional care.The clinical efficacy and University of Washington-quality of life scale(UW-QOL)scores of in both groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate 96.00%in the research group was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in chewing,swallowing and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the chewing,swallowing and pain scores of the research group were(81.15±4.29),(84.26±3.15)and(82.16±3.45)points,which were significantly higher than(67.35±6.24)and(70.32±5.18)and(69.23±5.44)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of forward rehabilitation for patients with laryngeal cancer can strengthen the ability of chewing and swallowing,significantly reduce pain,and has a good therapeutic effect.
