摘要
目的对比舒眠胶囊与右佐匹克隆治疗抑郁症轻中度失眠障碍的临床效果。方法40例抑郁症轻中度失眠障碍患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者采用右佐匹克隆治疗,实验组采用舒眠胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及用药依从性。结果实验组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、睡眠时间和入眠时间评分分别为(0.93±0.12)、(1.05±0.25)、(1.97±0.22)、(1.32±0.21)分,均低于对照组的(1.81±0.21)、(1.84±0.11)、(3.77±0.12)、(1.71±0.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组用药依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症轻中度失眠障碍患者采用舒眠胶囊治疗的效果优于右佐匹克隆,所以临床治疗中可推广该药物,以此改善患者失眠抑郁症状。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Shumian capsule and eszopiclone in the treatment of depression with mild to moderate insomnia.Methods A total of 40 depression patients with mild-to-moderate insomnia were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eszopiclone,and the experimental group was treated with Shumian capsule.The therapeutic effect,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep disturbance,sleep efficiency,sleep duration and sleep latency scores of the experimental group were(0.93±0.12),(1.05±0.25),(1.97±0.22)and(1.32±0.21)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.81±0.21),(1.84±0.11),(3.77±0.12)and(1.71±0.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shumian capsule has better effect in the treatment of depression patients with mild-to-moderate insomnia than that of eszopiclone,so the drug can be promoted in clinical treatment to improve patients’insomnia and depression symptoms.
