摘要
目的:探讨基于目标设置理念下认知图式宣教模式在二尖瓣成形术后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取接受二尖瓣成形术后患者110例,随机分对照组与观察组,每组55例。2组均基于目标设置理念开展康复训练,对照组接受常规健康宣教,观察组基于对照组开展认知图式宣教;比较2组术后心功能指标、精神状态、自我管理行为及生活质量。结果:2组干预后症状自评量表(SCL-90)维度评分较干预前明显下降,观察组SCL-90量表维度评分低对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我管理行为量表中运动锻炼、认知性症状管理、与医生沟通维度及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组干预后SF-36量表维度评分较干预前明显上升,观察组SF-36量表维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:认知图式宣教模式用于康复训练有利于二尖瓣成形术后患者精神状态改善,可提高患者自我管理行为、生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application value of cognitive schema education combined with goal setting concept in rehabilitation after mitral valvuloplasty.Methods:A total of 110 patients who had undergone mitral valvuloplasty in the hospital were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 55 patients in each group.Both groups received rehabilitation training based on the goal setting concept.The control group received routine health education,and on this basis,the observation group received cognitive schema-based education.The postoperative cardiac function indicators,mental status,self-management behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)scores increased significantly,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).The scores for exercise,cognitive symptom management and communication with doctors in the self-management behavior scale,and the total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scale scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive schema-based education nursing combined with rehabilitation training under goal setting conceptis is more conducive to the improvement of mental state of patients after mitral valvuloplasty.It also has more advantages in improving patients'self-management behavior and quality of life.
