我国体外膜肺氧合治疗研究的可视化分析 被引量:2

Visualized Analysis of Relavant Literature on the Study of ECMO Therapy in China

摘要 目的:可视化分析我国体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)治疗研究现状及其趋势,为相关人员从事ECMO治疗研究提供依据。方法:以CNKI数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库为数据源,检索2010年1月至2020年12月ECMO治疗相关文献,通过CiteSpace V软件分析作者、机构、研究热点和前言,绘制可视化图谱。结果:共提取6569篇文献,ECMO治疗领域发文量呈现快速增加趋势,该领域已形成7个较大的核心学术团队,“体外膜肺氧合”“护理”“体外循环”“新型冠状病毒肺炎”等为高频关键词,研究前沿主要集中在病死率、俯卧位通气、院际转运、连续性肾脏替代治疗和临床特征。结论:近年来ECMO治疗在我国医学领域得到快速发展,但区域间机构和科研团队间的交流合作仍有欠缺,需加强多学科合作,促进ECMO领域治疗和护理的进一步发展。 Objective:To analyze the current status and trends of ECMO treatment,to provide a basis for relevant personnel to engage in ECMO treatment research.Methods:Using CNKI database,Wanfang database,and Chinese biomedical literature database as data sources,we retrieved ECMO treatment-related literature from January 2010 to December 2020,and analyzed authors,institutions,research hotspots and prefaces through CiteSpace V software to draw a visual map.Results:A total of 6569 articles were extracted,and the number of articles published in the field of ECMO treatment showed a rapid increase.This field has formed 7 larger core academic teams,“Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation”“Nursing”“Extracorporeal Circulation”and“COVID-19”are high-frequency keywords.The frontiers of research mainly focus on mortality,prone position ventilation,interhospital transport,continuous renal replacement therapy and clinical features.Conclusion:In recent years,ECMO therapy has been rapidly developed in the field of medicine in China,but there is still a lack of communication and cooperation between regional institutions and scientific research teams.It is necessary to strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation to promote the further development of treatment and nursing in the field of ECMO.
