摘要
本文首先分析了数字时代海洋文化传播的现实困境,从传播理念、传播手段、组织模式和人才培养等方面指出当前海洋文化传播发展的局限性。在此基础上,研究了海洋文化传播如何从微博、微信、短视频、Vlog/Plog以及VR/AR等路径上进行创新,采用新技术与讲好海洋故事相结合的模式,生产出匹配当前受众信息获取习惯的海洋主题内容,以实现有效的传播。最后,本文从理念创新、组织创新、制度创新和人才培养创新四个方面提出海洋文化传播发展的对策,为数字时代海洋文化传播的创新提供理论支撑,并从数字媒体的角度出发为海洋文化产业发展提出可能的建议。
This paper first analyzes the practical dilemma of Marine Culture Communication in the digital era,and points out the limitations of the current development of Marine Culture Communication from the aspects of communication concept,communication means,organization mode and talent training.On this basis,this paper analyzes how to innovate the Marine Culture Communication from Weibo,WeChat,short video,Vlog/Plog and VR/AR,and how to produce marine theme content that matches the current audience’s information acquisition habits by combining new technology with telling good marine stories,so as to achieve effective communication.At Lastpart,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Marine Culture Communication from four aspects of concept innovation,organization innovation,system innovation and talent training innovation,provide theoretical support for the innovation and development of Marine Culture Communication in the digital era,then this paper puts forward possible suggestions for the development of marine cultural industry from the perspective of digital media.
