摘要
海洋是高质量发展的战略要地,海洋经济可持续发展是国民经济高质量发展的必然要求。本文通过全面阐述2020年我国海洋经济总体发展情况,分析了海洋经济面对疫情冲击的各种行为。结果表明,面对内外部各种不利因素,海洋经济具有韧性特质,2020年海洋经济稳健复苏,高质量发展态势不断巩固。
The ocean is a strategic location for high-quality development,and the sustainable development of marine economy is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of national economy.By comprehensively expounding the overall development of China’s marine economy in 2020,this paper analyzes various behaviors of marine economy in the face of the impact of the COVID-19.The results show that marine economy possesses great tenacity in the face of various internal and external unfavorable factors.Marine economy recovered steadily in 2020,and the trend of high-quality development will continue to be consolidated.
