摘要
该文根据重水堆装卸料机推杆滚珠丝杆密封的机械结构,分析了辅助密封圈在滚珠丝杆密封的作用,针对运行历史上辅助密封圈出现的O形圈挤压破坏、物理破坏和O形圈移位的失效形式进行分析,并给出检修优化、改进方案,有效提高滚珠丝杆密封的可靠性,符合电厂长周期安全运行的要求。
According to fuelling machine ram assembly ball screw seal mechanical structure,analyzes the auxiliary sealing ring function in the ball screw seal.Based on operation experience,the failure modes include the O-ring extrusion damage,physical damage and O-ring displacement.This article gives the maintenance optimization and improvements to effectively improve the reliability of the ball screw seal and meet the requirements of long-term safe operation of the nuclear power plant.
