摘要
提升企业竞争力是促进中国企业迈向全球价值链中高端、打造贸易强国的重要驱动力。文章通过分析贸易便利化对企业竞争力影响的作用机制,并采用面板空间计量模型实证检验了贸易便利化对企业竞争力的影响及空间效应。研究发现:(1)中国各省贸易便利化水平在空间上存在显著的正相关,且正相关程度不断加强。(2)贸易便利化水平的提升能够通过成本效应、规模效应等对企业竞争力的提升产生正向作用,且该作用在时间上存在滞后效应,在空间上存在空间溢出效应;贸易便利化各领域指标对企业竞争力的影响存在较大差异。(3)贸易便利化对不同性质、不同行业、处于不同地理位置企业竞争力的作用方向一致,但其作用强度及空间溢出效应存在较大差别。
Improving enterprise competitiveness is an important driving force for China’s enterprises to move towards the mid-to-high end of global value chain(GVC)and build a trade power.This paper empirically tests the impact of trade facilitation on enterprises competitiveness and spatial effect by analyzing the mechanism of the impact of trade facilitation on enterprises competitiveness with the panel spatial econometric model.The research indicates that:(1)trade facilitation levels of China’s provinces have significant positive correlation in space and the degree of positive correlation continues to strengthen;(2)the improvement of trade facilitation level can exert a positive impact on enterprise competitiveness through cost effect,scale effect,etc.,and this impact has a lag effect in time and a spatial spillover effect in space;there are great differences in the effects of the indicators in various fields of trade facilitation on enterprise competitiveness;(3)trade facilitation has the same effect on the competitiveness of the enterprises of different nature,industries and geographical locations,but its effect intensity and spatial spillover effect are quite different.
